Stern review of the economics of climate change

Description:
The most comprehensive review ever carried out on the economics of climate change was published by the Treasury at the end of October 2006. The review examines and explores: - evidence on the economic impacts of climate change itself - the economics of stabilising greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere - the national and international policy challenges of moving to a low-carbon global economy – highlighting three elements of policy which are required for an effective response
